Our Drysuit Orientation Class is designed to equip divers with the essential skills and knowledge needed to begin drysuit diving, and makes for a seamless transition to drysuit diving in open water. Even experienced wetsuit divers can find managing the additional air pocket tricky on their first dry dive. This class offers an opportunity to acclimatize to the distinctive sensations of drysuit buoyancy in the controlled conditions of confined water. By focusing on these skills before entering open water, divers can dial in their weighting and significantly reduce the risks of runaway ascents and gear-related issues.
